PSM Benefit® Screw 2.0mm is the standard implant for appliances like TADMAN BENEslider, Mesialslider, Hybrid Hyrax etc. The implant is delivered in a sterile blister and is picked up with the screwholder from the color-coded sterile holder ready for insertion to the patient.

In collaboration with leading specialists, PSM Medical launched the unique BENEfit® Implant System back in 2007. One of the most important requirements for a successful orthodontic treatment is a very stable and reliable anchorage. In this area, our BENEfit® system has established itself worldwide as the benchmark for temporary skeletal anchorage over the past 15 years.
One of the most important advantages is the low surgical invasivity, as well as the low costs.
Compared to conventional mini-implant systems, which sometimes reach their limits when it comes to the connection from the mini-implant to the orthodontic appliance, the BENEfit® system offers a secure connection. Due to the internal thread in the head of the screw, a wide variety of equipment can be integrated safely and reliably.
A variety of prefabricated appliance parts, like plates, abutments etc. are rounding the system off appropriately and are serving almost every indication in modern orthodontics.
